Lawsuit Claims Britt Punched Man In Head Repeatedly

Titans’ wide receiver Kenny Britt, who seems to have spent more time in Hudson County courtrooms than on a football field this spring, has been sued in Tennessee over a bar fight last year. That news was reported here earlier in the day, but The Jersey Journal has obtained a copy of the lawsuit in which the alleged victim, Harold Pointer, says he was left bloodied and bruised by the former Bayonne High School star and another man.

To heap insult on top of injury, Pointer says in his lawsuit, security guards removed Pointer and his friend, Adin Moore, from the Nashville bar while Britt and the other man were allowed to stay after Pointer was assaulted, according to the lawsuit. Britt was not charged in the incident, but his friend, Bradford Miser, was charged with assault.
