The Titans coaching search continues, and today the team had a formal sit down with Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Jay Gruden.

Gruden also is being talked about to interview with the Redskins, Lions and Vikings, three teams that are ahead of the Titans when it comes to reaching out to coaches this offseason.
