The Tennessee Titans have placed tight end Jared Cook on injured reserve with a torn rotator cuff, ending the season of the player that they voted as their Community Man of the Year.
Cook, who is second on the team with 44 catches, will miss the final three games of the year after tearing the rotator cuff in his shoulder in Sunday’s 27-23 loss to the Colts, and the loss could effect some NFL Lines involving the Titans.
“Jared tore his rotator cuff and he’ll be out for the year, so he’ll be put on IR at some point. It’s very unfortunate to lose another great player after a great catch and being a big part of our offense, and that’s gonna be a big blow for us,” Titans coach Mike Munchak said about the tight end.
