ESPN is reporting that a group of Titans executives are meeting tonight with free agent QB Peyton Manning in Nashville.
Involved in the talks are coach Mike Munchak, general manager Ruston Webster and chief operating officer Mike Reinfeldt.
They picked up Manning in Raleigh-Durham and flew to Nashville with him on Wednesday, and are chatting with him at the Titans headquarters.
So far the Broncos and Cardinals have met with Manning in person, but the Dolphins are still reportedly in the mix for his services.
Out of the running are the Seahawks and Chiefs.
Munchak met with free agent guard Steve Hutchinson on Tuesday, and also Packers free-agent center Scott Wells is visiting the Titans today to chat about coming aboard.
Something that would interest him a great deal more if Manning goes to Nashville.
