Posted in Tennessee Titans rookie linebacker Colin McCarthy have been named the AFC’s Defensive Player of the Week.
In his third NFL start, McCarthy, a fourth-round pick out of Miami, had nine tackles, a pass defensed and a forced fumble in the Titans’ 23-17 win over the Buffalo Bills. In nine games this season, McCarthy has 42 tackles and an interception.
