Posted in The Titans fear that wide receiver Kenny Britt suffered a torn ACL, and possibly his MCL, in his right knee on Sunday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports.
Britt will undergo an MRI on Monday.
In the second quarter of today’s 17-14 win over the Denver Broncos, Britt caught a short pass from quarterback Matt Hasselbeck and appeared to land awkwardly after being contacted by the Broncos defender. Britt dropped the football as he collapsed to the LP Field turf, with the Broncos recovering the fumble.
Britt has 17 receptions for a team-high 289 yards and three touchdowns this season.
