Johnson and Titans Appear to be at a Stalemate Over Deal

Pro Football Weekly reports that the holdout by Chris Johnson could last almost all of training camp.

It’s difficult to predict how long the contract dispute between the Titans and RB Chris Johnson will last. As expected, Johnson was a no-show for the opening of training camp and appears ready to play hard ball. Making things tricky, the way we hear it, is the fact that there is no precedent with GM Mike Reinfeldt, as he has never been in this situation before. Thus far, Reinfeldt has been adamant that Johnson must arrive at camp before the two sides can talk.
