Posted in Titans receiver Kenny Britt pleaded guilty to careless driving charges Tuesday in New Jersey and was fined $478 and had four points added to his Tennessee driver’s license.
Britt, who did not appear in court, was originally charged with a felony (eluding an officer) after his arrest on April 12 but had that charge reduced to misdemeanors because he did not have a criminal record. According to the (Newark) Star-Ledger, Britt pleaded guilty via affidavit. He must sign the affidavit for the plea to become official.
