According to Titansinsider.com, the Tennessee Titans have made no plans to hold practices if the league collective bargaining agreements end in a lockout.
Because the Titans have new coaches and a new staff, the lockout could end up creating more problems for the Titans than nearly any other team. If they are unable to get together and work on schemes and a new playbook. Most players have still not met with their new head coach, Mike Munchak.
The Titans and their coaching staff will be well behind the eight ball if they are unable to get together in spring practices and training camp before the start of the NFL season. The importance of getting everyone on the same page as Munchak can not be underplayed and going into the season cold without proper practice could prove disastrous for the Titans.
I don’t think teams are allowed to have any contact with players during the 2011 NFL lockout but I might be wrong.
