Free agent linebacker Jamie Winborn has agreed to terms with the Titans, Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean reports. Winborn started three of the Titans first four games this season, totaling 8 tackles before he was released last Saturday so linebacker Gerald McRath could be added to the active roster after serving a four-game suspension.
A second-round pick (47th overall) out of Vanderbilt by the 49ers in 2001, Winborn has totaled 350 tackles, 10 quarterback sacks, and three interceptions in a 102-game career with the 49ers, Jaguars, Broncos, and Texans. The Titans will need to make a corresponding roster move to officially add Winborn.
