Posted in Kenny Britt didn’t have a great day Thursday, getting reamed from coach Jeff Fisher, but the 2nd year wide out says he agrees with what the coach did.
Kenny Britt got an earful from his coaches Thursday after being yanked off the field for three first-half blunders. The Titans receiver said Coach Jeff Fisher was right to bench him. “It’s best for the team. (Fisher) didn’t see me focusing out there, so I am just hurting the team. Why would you have somebody out there that is not focusing, dropping balls, hurting the team with senseless penalties?” Britt said. “Why would I blame him? It is all me. There is no one to blame but me out there.” The Titans wanted to see better from their 2009 first-round pick, especially after he’d rebounded from a slow start to the offseason.
