Free agent Alge Crumpler signs with Patriots

The New England Patriots have agreed to terms with former Tennessee Titan tight end Alge Crumpler.  Boston.com reported that the 9 year veteran will sign with the Patriots over the Titans.  New England has been in desperate need of a tight end, and the veteran leadership of Alge Crumpler will be a great fit.

    Now that We’ve lost Alge what will we do? He was old, we need someone fresh and new that VY can throw too. Any idea on who we might get or draft?

  2. Jermaine Gresham could be a solid pick for the Titans if he is still around in the second round. Also, Dorin Dickerson from Pittsburgh could be a good fit late in the draft that would provide speed and agility. With Bo Scaife coming off a solid year, I don’t think it’s likely they will look into free agency. There is a small amount of talent on the free agent tight end market and I believe they will just look to add depth behind Scaife in the draft.

    He has been through alphretta eagles, Jr knights football. Man he’s 14 and big. When the last time you heard from Doc Rivers or Spud Webb. Love the old school hawks. He’s also, been through the AAU camp at Norcross High. I was a season ticket holder win you were here. I played high school ball, track and basketball in Tyler. The mega of sports. Heck I’m 48 and can run a 4’7 40.
