Posted in The Tennessean reports that Kevin Mawae will replace Jeff Saturday in the Pro Bowl with the Colts going to the Super Bowl:
Titans center Kevin Mawae will replace Indianapolis’ Jeff Saturday on the AFC’s Pro Bowl roster this week. Mawae, a 16th-year pro, was guaranteed a spot in his eighth Pro Bowl, strengthening a possible run at a Hall of Fame career. Both Saturday (Colts) and Nick Mangold (Jets) played in the AFC Championship game. Mawae was an alternate. The honor marks Mawae’s return from a career-threatening elbow injury he suffered late in the 2008 season.
