It could be decision time for KR/CB Chris Carr, as the Tennessean states that the free agent has an offer on the table from the Titans:

Chris Carr has an offer from the Titans on the table, but he’s visited four teams since the beginning of the month, most recently the Pittsburgh Steelers. Carr also has visited the Lions, Browns and Patriots. He’s looking for a greater role on defense, in addition to his role on special teams. A year ago with the Titans, Carr averaged 28.1 yards per kickoff return, and the team finished No. 1 in the NFL in kickoff returns.
