Today’s Nashville City Paper points out that the Titans are still hoping to get back CB/KR Chris Carr. The team is awaiting to see if he will return to the team, as Carr has already had visits with Detroit, Cleveland and New England. But, as the paper states, the Titans are still interested in retaining him in part because of his return skills.
