Titans DT Albert Haynesworth had a careless driving charge dismissed against him Thursday, but he’s not out of the clear just yet. The Tennessean reports District Attorney General Kim Helper could bring the case to a grand jury to seek an indictment against Haynesworth for violating a court-issued probation. Haynesworth was serving 30 days probation and paid a $1,000 fine on December 9 for a speeding ticket he received in March 2008
