WR Williams Off PUP List; Will Test Ankle in Warmups Tonight

The Nashville City Paper is reporting that WR Roydell Williams has been activated from the PUP list, but at this time is surgically repaired ankle is still not 100 percent. “We’re going to try to warm him up and see how he is. He knows what to do, but we’re going on how he feels,” coach Jeff Fisher said. Williams is a key part of the Titans passing attack, and they will make sure to take it easy with him to not re-injure the ankle. Williams will not play in the preseason contest with the Raiders, but if the ankle responds well, he may give it a shot in next weeks third perseason game.
