The agent for Albert Haynesworth, Chad Speck, has confirmed that the Titans and the big man have come to terms on his franchise tender. Haynesworth will sign to play for one-year at $7.25 million, and the deal comes with an incentive plan that will make sure the team does NOT franchise him next season. The Titans and Haynesworth were unable to come to terms on a long-term deal by the July 15th deadline. The Titans kickoff training camp today.
