Titans quarterback Vince Young says he apologizes to kids who may have seen an internet photo that shows him drinking and shirtless.  Young says the picture was taken while he was enjoying off-season time with friends in Austin, Texas, while taking classes at the University of Texas.  Young told reporters he had a designated driver, and did not drive himself home that night.  He also says he understands the position he is in as a high-profile NFL quarterback.  The photo appeared on the web site TMZ.com, and spread from there.
