The Titans’ signed Chris Carr to a deal just under $2 million, and the Raiders have only six days to match the deal or he’ll become a Titan. The deal is most likely a two year deal, and Carr will most likely replace Adam “Pacman” Jones in kick returning and in the secondary. Carr holds the Raiders’ all-time kick return yards and average. He also began playing well at the cornerback position last season showing room for improvement and the ability to do so.
