The Tennessee Titans, according to Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean, have been in discussions with the agent for kicker Rob Bironas about a possible long-term contract; Bironas is a restricted free agent, which means that the Titans could sign him to a one-year tender. But the team has been dealing with his agent, Harold Lewis, who Bironas hired at the end of the 2007 season. Lewis declined to state specifics on the negotiations, but told the Tennessean, ”they’ve been going on” and “we’ll see what happens.”
