It looks as if the career of Titans wide out David Givens could very well be over. The Tennessean is reporting that Givens recently underwent a third surgery on his left knee, which has been an issue for the past few seasons. Givens signed a $24 million free agent deal with the Titans two offseasons ago, and has been hurt most of the time with the team. He tore his ACL and meniscus in November of 2006, and also broke a knee bone which required bone plugs. The paper reports that the 27-year-old will likely never play again after this latest surgery.
