Posted in The Titans are moving quickly after firing Norm Chow, as the team has asked and gotten permission to talk to former assistant and now Broncos assistant head coach Mike Heimerdinger. Jeff Fisher has a long history with Heimerdinger, as he hired him back in 2000 as the teams offensive coordinator, and then he left Tennessee in 2005 to take the same position. After that, Heimerdinger left the team when he was passed over for the head coaching job for Eric Mangini, and ended up in Denver. He now may be back where he started, with the Titans.
