The Titans are going to take their offense in a different direction, as today they announced that offensive coordinator Norm Chow is done in that position for the team. Chris Mortensen of ESPN is reporting that Chow was given the heave-ho earlier today by the team after completing his third season in Tennessee. The team was 21st overall in total yards, and at numerous times of the season their offense was flat and if it was not for their solid defense in no way would they have made it to the playoffs.
The Titans wrapped up the year at 10-6, and needed a win in the last game of the regular season at Indianapolis 16-10 just to make it to the playoffs. Titans coach Jeff Fisher has already said that this offseason is going to be built around improving the offense, and that the team would be active in doing whatever it took to making that happen.

I think Jeff should fire Vince. Why is he holding Chow for everything wrong with Young. Vince Young is a fire cracker and a spolied kid. Granted the Offense needs work, However, 100% of the blame should not be with Chow. Fisher should take some of it also.
