                                Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth 

In a boost to the Tennessee Titans’ defense going into this weekend, defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth Thursday took part in his first practice since November 30.  He originally strained his right hamstring November 4 against Carolina; he missed three games and has started 3 of the last 4 games in earning his first Pro-Bowl trip.  Haynesworth said he would practice again on Friday, working on his technique.
