NFL Commissioner Won’t Reinstate Jones
Posted by Matt Loede on November 7th, 2007 filed in NewsTitans Cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones will serve the remainder of his season-long suspension. That’s the decision of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. His decision comes four days after Jones met with him in New York to discuss a possible early reinstatement. Goodell suspended Jones in April for conduct detrimental to the league after a series of off-field incidents, including a strip club melee in Las Vegas that left one person paralyzed. In a statement, Titans officials say they made preparations to move the team forward without Jones and will address his future when he is reinstated by the commissioner.
