QB Young to be a Game-Time Decision Sunday

Looks as if no one, not even Vince Young, is sure if he is going to play or not Sunday when the Titans take on the Texans in Houston. Young, who was hurt last week against the Bucs in Tampa Bay, is going to be a game-time decision for the big AFC South showdown. The right quad injury has not allowed him to practice at all this week, but there is still a shot that he might give it a go Sunday according to coach Jeff Fisher. “He was limited. He participated in warmups, threw the ball and participated in limited practice,” Fisher said. “That would imply that he’s improving. He will still be a game-time decision, but it was encouraging to see him on the field today.”
It looks though as if the team will go with Kerry Collins, who took all the first team snaps on Friday. Last week Collins took over for Young in the third quarter, and led the team on a game-tying TD drive before the Bucs were able to take the ball down the field and kick a long game-winning field goal. Overall Collins was 10-for-20 for 125 yards and a QB rating of 69.8 “I’m ready to go. I feel like practice has gone well this week and I have a good feel for what we are going to do,” said Collins.
